About the founder
Tech Wellbeing was founded by technologist, speaker and author, Bradley Hook. He realised that since the advent of the smartphone – and perhaps a bit earlier for those of us who were early internet adopters – we’ve been guinea pigs of the information age.
Can we sharpen these tools to enhance the human experience, rather than live lives with default settings controlling our attention?
Bradley is the ex-CEO and remains a partner at the Resilience Institute.
Bradley has provided consulting, training and tools to several of the world’s leading organisations.
