Short sessions are excellent for teams with time constraints. We can provide a complete overview or deep dive into specific topics of interest. Our team can also offer keynote presentations at conferences or events.
A comprehensive introduction to wellbeing through the lens of a technology worker. The session is upbeat and accommodates the various personalities that comprise an IT team, even the extreme introverts.
Advanced training for teams who want their staff to personalise and brainstorm their own unique approach to wellbeing. This session allows time for practising the concepts, including relaxation and biofeedback. We suggest going offsite for this session so that participants can truly disconnect from their day-to-day work.
